We get it, sometimes things just don't click. Maybe you thought you needed that t-shirt, but now you realize your wardrobe is already 90% black. Perhaps that second issue isn't as life-changing as you hoped (impossible!) and you'd rather use the money for a new houseplant.
Whatever the reason, here's the deal. The short and sweet of it:
How to Make a Return
When you're ready to make a return, just fill out the above form or shoot us an email at info@thecuriousnothing.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item. A simple 'it just wasn't for me' is fine, but feel free to get creative. We think we've heard it all, but please, entertain us. We'll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Once we receive the item and confirm it's in good shape, we'll process your refund. It'll be zipping back to your original payment method ASAP, depending on bank processing.
And that's it. We're a small team, not a giant faceless corporation, so we appreciate your honesty and understanding. Now go forth and find that perfect houseplant.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. They need to be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Basically, if it looks like you've tried to summon a demon with it or used it as a coaster, we can't take it back.

Books: As long as they're not dog-eared, coffee-stained, or look like they've been used to prop open a window, you're good.
Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, and still rocking their original tags. If you've just received it and it doesn't fit, no problem. If you've worn it to a mud wrestling competition, that's a different story.
Merch: Mugs, tote bags, stickers, and other goodies are returnable, provided they're in their original, pristine condition.

Final Sale Items: If we've marked something as "final sale," it's because we're either trying to get rid of it or it's just too special to be sent back and forth. No returns on these, sorry.
Gift Cards: You can't return a gift card. It's like trying to return a hug—it just doesn't work.
