Contribute yr creative work to the next issue of (the) curious nothing mag/zine.
Submissions Guidelines
The “theme” is NOTHING IS CERTAIN.
Interpret it how you’d like.
Take it literally, or make it abstract.
We don’t care.
This project is an ongoing experiment.
Within reason, anything goes.
However, please keep in mind that
the general vibe of this publication leans more towards
obscure, avant-garde, existential/philosophical, edgy,
DIY/indie subject matter and aesthetics with punk sensibility,
while of course, keeping diversity and inclusivity always in mind.
(the) curious nothing is seeking:
poetry, prose, personal essays, short stories,
(sub)cultural articles, music,
visual artwork, photography, graphics,
rants, raves, recipes, galore!
Seriously- You have cool stuff?
Present it and let’s roll. We’re ready for whatever.
Submit up to 5 pieces total per entry for poetry and visual art/photography, in any combination.
For example- one entry could be 3 poems, 2 images/artwork/photographs.
For any long-form written content, just stick to one short story/article per entry.
Acceptance Details & More
All chosen work submitted will be featured in Issue #2 of (the) curious nothing.
Each contributor will receive a complimentary DIGITAL copy,
a coupon code for an incredibly discounted PRINT copy and
a separate coupon code for you to share with friends and relatives.

You may submit simultaneous submissions, and you will be notified as to
which work(s) and piece(s) that will be included.
IF you are submitting work to multiple publications and are accepted elsewhere, please let us know so we can give props to other places people can view or read yr stuff.
IF yr work(s) are accepted elsewhere and they have stipulations regarding other publications, please notify us so we’re not stepping on any toes.
Do you have a brand or small biz? Want to further promote yr art stuff?
We’re also looking for brands and sponsors to support (the) curious nothing!
For a small fee, we’ll feature a full or half-page ad to promote yr brand, company, or cause.

Submission Fees
$5 per entry, $10-$15 for sponsors.
Yr submission fees are greatly appreciated. Each dollar will go towards making this whole damn thing happen.
